I'm in a meeting with my client. She says, "I need you to fly down to {insert name of random small city} tomorrow to get a handle on what's going on with the conversion.". I say, no problem, I'll grab an afternoon flight so we can lay out a plan in the morning.
My client says, "...you actually like traveling, don't you?".
Does that make me a bad person?

Not at all - just makes you more apt for the job! I have to admit, that's exactly the kind of thing I love doing as well. "Oh noes, I'll have to go to Paris to collect that data? ... well, yeah, I'll do it." :-)
Once you are in Rome.......you have to be Roman. Once you are a consultant you have to love travelling.
