I met someone who was complaining that their daughter's honeymoon flights got messed up and they were stuck in an airport overnight waiting for another plane. Then they said, '...hey, you're a consultant - can't you just call the airline and do something?'. I said "...uhh,... I don't fly American".
Could it be that the legacy of our industry is our mastery of the world of air travel? :-)
